Nefyn 2024

What a year its been since Scotland 2023 for the Old Man Baz Golf Society, to start with it's not really stop raining since last September which has hampered everyone's golf swing, but alas the first big event of the calendar year has arrived along with some new faces to the group and it's safe to say we gave them a big warm welcome which means we gave them as much abuse as we could and you lads fitted right in.

So welcome Gerry, Ged and Phil.

As always Nefyn didn't disappoint from start to finish, from the scenery, banter, some very impressive golf, and some not so impressive golf (you know who you are) wooden spoons, longest drives, closest to the pin, some very odd waving (thanks Nick) and last but most certainly not least how do you wipe your arse, some very impressive, ingenious and imaginative ways from the whole group.

The new feature for this year is the Squabitt golf app with its live leader board and tournament play, in play messaging and update alerts, that kept everyone entertained even those that couldn't make it could follow along with the play which just added to the overall experience of the day.

Gents a huge thank you for a great day out, and just so we all know Ged you have some work to do to get rid of the dreaded wooden spoon and congratulations to Phil for a great win.
